Foot and Ankle
Did you know that the average person travels over 100,000 miles on their feet in a lifetime? Our patients maximize their pain free mileage by having our therapists who understand the complexity of the foot and ankle joint perform a thorough evaluation, and develop a treatment plan accordingly. We understand not only the importance of flexibility and strength, but also the balance/proprioception of the feet, ankles, and lower legs. Having those components function at their optimal are necessary from normal daily walking to athletic competition. A comprehensive lower extremity evaluation and biomechanical assessment will enable our physical therapists to address any deficits and restore optimal, pain-free function.
