Damon Collier, MPT

Physical Therapist


Damon brings over 15 years of work experience in orthopedics to St. Clair Physical Therapy.  He contributes his successful outcomes to developing individualized treatment programs taylored to each patient’s specific needs.  Through the steady pursuit of continuing education he sharpened his skills and acquired proven techniques foreign to the average therapist.  Among these, Damon is certified in the Graston Technique™ that has revolutionized the treatment of soft tissue injuries, increasing the speed of recovery.  Damon also specializes in lower extremity biomechanical assessment, including the fabrication of Custom Foot Orthotics.  As an athlete, he himself has struggled with orthopedic injuries and surgeries.  These experiences have helped him develop a true empathy when working with patients.

Jennifer Conway, LPTA, LMT

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Jennifer graduated from Delta College with an Associates Degree for Physical Therapist Assistant in 1996. Jennifer is also a licensed Massage Therapist from Delta College in 2002. She has worked in orthopedics and sports medicine for over 17 years with emphasis in using her manual therapy skills for patient treatment. She is also accomplished in Graston Technique, which she combines with rehabilitative exercises to improve musculoskeletal function. She is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.
 
 
 

Amy Gunnells, LPTA

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Amy graduated from Macomb Community College in 2002, and has been a licensed PTA working in an outpatient orthopedic setting for the past 12 years. Amy has taken multiple continuing education courses and strives to learn techniques and treatments that will better serve her patients. She truly enjoys working with patients, progressing them back to functioning, living life, an improving strength and flexibility.
 
 
 

Nikki Norat, LPTA

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Nikki graduated from Macomb Community College’s Physical Therapy Assistant Program in May 2017. She worked at St. Clair Physical Therapy since 2013 as a Physical Therapy Technician while earning her degree. Nikki enjoys working with a diverse patient population, and takes great pride in helping others return to their previous level of function. In addition to her general curriculum, Nikki adds to her knowledge base, extra studies in Kinesiotaping techniques, advance manual therapy techniques, and neurological balance training.
