Carol Aaron, OTR, CHT

Carol Aaron graduated from Mount Mary University in 1997 with a B.S. in Occupational Therapy. After graduation Carol did her field work at Loyola University Hospital in Maywood Illinois and the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She became a Certified Hand Therapist in 1991, the first year that offered the certification. She worked in several orthopedic and plastic and reconstructive surgery clinics in Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia and Buffalo, New York before joining St. Clair Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine in 2007.

She sees both adults and children with a variety of diagnoses such as fractures, arthritis and soft tissue injures. Carol is also proficient in custom static and dynamic splints for her patients.

Courtney Sauter MS, OTRL

Courtney is a registered occupational therapist, specializing in hand therapy. She earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Grand Valley State University in 2020. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Michigan in 2017. “Courtney has great empathy for her patients. She is passionate about helping patients to reduce pain and improve functioning so that they can participate in the activities that are meaningful to them.
